SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch sit at the north end of our service area, past Oro Valley, and we are up there regularly.

The housing is largely single-storey with generous patios and strong indoor–outdoor living, which makes patio audio, outdoor displays and covered-ramada systems a bigger share of the work than they are elsewhere. Lighting control and motorised shading also do well here for the same reason they do in Oro Valley — a lot of glass facing a lot of sun.

Community architectural guidelines apply across much of SaddleBrooke. We plan exterior equipment placement to meet them from the outset rather than discovering the problem at inspection.
