• I can see why Automation Specialists is the winner of the 2023 Best Home Theater/Audio/Video company award! They are one of the finest companies to do business with for any of your multimedia needs! All of the team members in the Customer Service Department are great to work with. They know their stuff when it comes to your multimedia needs, its equipment, and are great with their customer service people skills. Getting an appointment is easy especially when you consider how consistently busy these guys and gals are. Roland in the main office set up an appointment for Miguel to come out to the house to take a look at our new Denon AV receiver (which is part of our multimedia home theater) that decided to just stop working. I briefed him on what had happened and he set to work to resolve the issue. After a couple of firmware and software updates, our surround sound system and all related components were working perfectly!

• Service personnel Q and Miguel were 100% qualified and professional from start to finish. Always asking me about my satisfaction throughout the installation of my security cameras. Very neat and clean in appearance and workmanship. Automation Specialist Inc is truly recommended.

• I'm very impressed with the service guys at Automation Specialist, especially Roland. Our Savant system is pretty dependable but on occasion, it's been "moody". It happened in our media room on Super Bowl Sunday and it happened again today. I reached out directly to Roland both times and he talked me through it. Even on his days off. In the past when it wasn't something he could talk me thru, someone was out to our house in a day or less. I really appreciate their efforts!!

From the Customer Service representatives to the expert field technicians, they're all top notch. We had a surround sound speaker system upgrade installed in our home theater and the technician, John, was very efficient, effective, and a pleasure to work with! His attention to detail was amazing and the resulting sound system really rocks our house! Which is exactly what we were hoping for. This company is reasonably priced for all of the services they provide. We will be using this company again in the very near future.

• Automation Specialists installed an entertainment system in our living room many years ago when we remodeled and when we wanted one for the bedroom, we knew who to call. Sean gave us many options from which to pick and when it came time to install, Roland and Sam were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The installation was great and hassle-free. They even left the room cleaner than it was to begin with. Having been in the service industry myself, I know that sometimes little (and big) things can go wrong, but it is the service to make things right that is as important as the initial service. These guys get it. I highly recommend Automation Specialists.

• We had to get new carpeting and had to disconnect the TV to move it and the stand. In putting it all back together I didn't have it quite right and close just doesn't cut it. I called yesterday and they were fully booked until a week from today. Roland was able to fit us into the schedule today and Miguel came out to remedy the problem. He was so personable and competent! In short order he had it all sorted out and did such a wonderful job. Our experience with Automation Specialists Inc. has been unfailingly positive.

After contacting Justin, the same day Automation Specialists was able to have a technician come to the house.
