Oro Valley, Arizona
Home theater, automation, lighting and security installation throughout Oro Valley and the Catalina foothills north of Tucson.
Oro Valley sits about 25 minutes north of our Butterfield Dr operations centre, and it is one of our busiest service areas. The housing stock skews newer and larger than midtown Tucson, with a lot of great rooms, high ceilings and west-facing glass looking at the Catalinas — which is exactly the combination that makes automated shading and lighting control worth doing properly.
Many Oro Valley communities also have active HOAs with views on exterior equipment. We plan camera and speaker placement with that in mind, and we have yet to hit an architectural committee we could not work with. Say so at the consultation and we will design to the rules rather than around them afterwards.
Newer construction here also means better pre-wire than average, which often makes retrofit cheaper than owners expect. It is worth having us look before you assume a system means opening walls.
